Guided Teachings

These Guided Teachings provide a practice that individuals can do by themselves or within a group setting. They focus on acceptance of whatever emotional state you are experiencing to help make clearer what needs are unfulfilled and to center your attention on the question, “How can I best support myself to move toward resolving those needs?” The rest of the teachings will guide on you how to use your thoughts, actions, and qualities to reach specific unmet needs.

We highly recommended listening to the first Guided Teaching that corresponds to each chapter in the book before reading that specific chapter.
